The Green Hill Condo Association has an Executive Board of Directors. There are seven members who are elected for two year terms. Board members can be re-elected when their term ends.
Management Company
The Green Hill is managed by First Services Management Company, under the oversight of the Board of Directors. First Services provides an onsite General Manager and accounting services.
Staff Supervisors
The Green Hill has dedicated staff members, many of whom have loyally served our residents for over ten or even twenty years. There is an Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor, a Security Supervisor, and a Housekeeping Supervisor.
