The Green Hill Condominium is located on City Ave., three blocks from Lancaster Ave. We provide shuttle bus service to the nearby Overbrook Station for SEPTA trains and buses. Our shuttle bus also makes regular trips to local shopping centers and Lankenau Medical Center. Inbound SEPTA trains stop at the major stations in Philadelphia. Outbound trains run west to many of the famous towns on the Pennsylvania “Main Line.” The 65 bus goes up City Ave. past shopping, offices and colleges. The G bus goes through South Philly.

If you have a car, outdoor parking is free for residents. Garage parking spaces are available at an extra cost, including a monthly fee. When snow storms are expected, special arrangements can be made. Center City Philadelphia and suburban destinations are just minutes away. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the Philadelphia International Airport. Major highways are accessible for longer trips. Taxis and Ubers are readily available.

SEPTA Train and Bus Details

Parking is available at the Overbrook SEPTA station if you prefer to drive your own car, or alternatively, it is a twelve-minute walk. From this station it is only twelve minutes to the 30th St. Station train and bus transportation hub. Continuing on, the next stops are Suburban Station at 16th St, Jefferson Station (formerly Market East Station) at 10th St, and Temple University. From 30th St Station, trains and buses provide service to NYC, Boston, Baltimore, Washington and other cities. There is a SEPTA train to the Philadelphia Airport that stops at each airline terminal.

SEPTA Regional Rail Schedule

From nearby Overbrook train station, using the Paoli Thorndale line, you can travel East to Center City Philadelphia.

Taking the Paoli Thorndale line in the other direction brings you to towns along the famous Pennsylvania “Main Line.” These include Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Wayne, Paoli, and Thorndale.

The SEPTA 65 and G buses stop at Overbrook Station. Bus 65 goes up City Ave., past St. Joseph’s University, Bala Shopping Center, Saks, Lord & Taylor, the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Target. It then continues on to Germantown in Northwest Philadelphia. The Green Hill Shuttle provides regularly scheduled transportation to nearby Lankenau Medical Center, and shopping centers including Bala Cynwyd, City Line, Wynnewood and Suburban Square.
